ChaoYing has more than 8 years of experience in IP and is experienced in advising local and international corporations in Intellectual Property (“IP”) advisory, protection, commercialisation and portfolio management. She is a great supporter of local businesses and strives to be That® person whom entrepreneurs will turn to for all their IP needs.

ChaoYing graduated from the University of Manchester in 2010 and was called to the UK bar in 2011. She developed a fascination with IP in her undergraduate days and her interest has shaped her into the IP specialist that she is today.

ChaoYing is passionate about assisting local businesses grow by helping them to protect their IP. She believes that IP is relatable and all around us – on the packaging of the food we eat, in the malls that we patronise, and all over our electronic devices that rarely leave our hands in today’s day and age.

ChaoYing is principled, genuine, and a team player. When not at work, ChaoYing practices yoga and is always on the lookout for good breakfast spots and other delicious food.
